Armando del Valle, SRA, AI-RRS

Armando del Valle, SRA, AI-RRS, a lifelong Miamian, began his appraisal career in 1982 as an assistant appraiser at First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Miami (the first federal savings and loan charter ever issued in the United States). In 1993 Armando co-founded del Valle and Associates, a full service appraisal, real estate brokerage and consulting firm where he continues to this day.

His experience as a residential real estate appraiser covers a broad range of assignments and clients, including but not limited to: international, national, regional, local banking institutions, individual lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, accountants, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Federal Reserve Bank and private individuals.

Mr. del Valle is active in the South Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute having served as its past president as well as in other positions of leadership. He is also active in Region X of the Appraisal Institute where he has received the prestigious Volunteer of Distinction Award, the Appraisal Institute’s program which honors volunteers for their service to the Appraisal Institute, to the real estate valuation profession and to their local communities.
